LEAD SURVEYOR needed. We are currently on a recruitment drive for a multi-discipline consultant that provides engineering, environmental, planning and management services. The company is now looking to recruit a Lead Asbestos Surveyor to work from the companies prestigious offices in Edinburgh covering projects within Central Scotland. Candidates will have at least 2yrs post graduate asbestos exp, with at least one of those years working as a lead surveyor on MDHS 100 compliant surveys.

professionals including , Facility Managers, Developers, Construction Companies etc this consultancy has been successful
in securing several long term contracts.
The company is now looking to recruit a Lead Asbestos Surveyor to work from the companies prestigious offices in
Edinburgh covering projects within Central Scotland.
The primary role as Lead Asbestos Surveyor will be to undertake type 1, 2 and 3 surveys and project managing asbestos
removals work. In addition to site survey work and associated collation of reports and documents, the candidate will also
be responsible for providing quotations and specifications for clients. This role will entail client liaison and project
management so successful candidates must be experienced in dealing with clients on a regular basis
Candidates will have at least 2 years post graduate asbestos experience, with at least one of those years working as a
lead surveyor on MDHS 100 compliant surveys.
The candidate should have a full UK driving licence and hold P402 qualification as a minimum and S301 an advantage.
The company can only accept candidates with a degree in a relevant science discipline as this consultancy likes their
staff to become involved in broader aspects of their business such as contaminated land assessment systems, environmental
management systems and environmental impact assessments, plus health & safety consultancy
