The company in question is a specialist in the design and implementation of video conferencing and communications. Based in Berkshire in a converted 17th Century barn, they currently employ around 40 highly technical and intelligent engineers and are looking to grow this by around 30% over the next 12 months.
The role will include the following duties:
* Design and implementation of new features.
* Maintenance of current product.
* Working with QA group to ensure product quality.
* Liaising with other groups within the company to ensure usability of cross-product features.
We require a strong academic graduate with either a 2:1 or 1st class honours degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Science and Maths and ideally some experience of programming in C++. Much of the work is of a low level nature and those applicants with commercial experience should be able to demonstrate experience in this area.
Graduates will receive two salary reviews in the first year, one after six months and the second at twelve months; experienced recruits will have a review after 12 months.
