Having the most modern and largest fleet of yachts in the business allows us to offer a wide range of holiday choices in many destinations across the world including the Seychelles, Caribbean, and Australia.Clients can choose to bareboat with or without a skipper, or join one of our popular flotillas.These are the ultimate in social sailing, with the perfect balance between independent sailing and unobtrusive support.
Our season starts in April and ends in October/ November. You need to be available for the full season. We do not have any high season positions, however we are happy to accept applications for our reserve list from candidates who will become available during the season.
About the role
Your main duties will centre around the yachts, base and ports of call. Working hours vary and you must be flexible to operational requirements.
At the beginning of the season you will be required to carry out the fleet refit where you will prepare the yachts for the season, which will include painting, cleaning and repairs.
General
Completing turnaround service checks, yacht preparation and deck washing
Briefing of clients on boats mechanical systems and safety equipment
Engine servicing such as oil and filter checks/changes
Maintenance of outboards for tenders
Emergency call outs for breakdowns on any of the fleet
Safety of all clients including safety briefings
Flotilla
Proactive daily maintenance and checks
Assisting with the general running of flotilla
Base
Engine maintenance, checks and repairs
Maintenance and repairs to all yachts and yacht equipment/ technology

About you
Requirements:
Experience maintaining diesel engines
Experience Maintaining 2 & 4 stroke outboards
Working knowledge of 12V DC electrical systems
Practically minded and an ability to solve problems

Yacht Mechanic in Greece or Turkey.
As a Yacht Mechanic on flotilla you would be responsible for overall maintenance and repair of up to fifteen yachts.
Knowledge of marine diesel engines is preferred but not essential, as is some sailing experience. Experience in an
engineering or motor trade environment is very relevant.
A Yacht Mechanic is required to work as part of a small team to proactively provide assistance to all guests using the
yachts out on Flotilla each week. You must be self motivated, have good communication skills, be able to work on your own
