TUI Travel International Graduate Leadership Programme
TUI Travel PLC is currently seeking outstanding graduates for the TUI Travel PLC International Graduate Leadership Programme. This 18 months experience is open to talented and passionate individuals from around the world and will give you amazing exposure within the world’s leading travel company.
Once on board you’ll have the choice of a wide variety of assignments across our four business sectors. Our objective is to develop future commercial leaders for roles in TUI Travel PLC, to develop your business and management skills and provide experience in all aspects of our business.

- 3-4 month assignments – working in our different businesses

What we're looking for in you:
- A good degree (or equivalent) from a university or a business school

Established sales and marketing company Tempest Elite Marketing are looking for ambitious Sales Trainees to develop our expanding campaigns. If you are aged 18 or above, love to learn by doing and are looking for hands-on experience in a new industry, this could be for you.
No previous experience required! Instead, we are looking for self-motivated individuals with the desire to learn and apply transferable skills. We find that individuals from an Apprenticeship background have a keen interest in practical learning and a strong work ethic.
Please note, we do not offer apprenticeships or workplace training schemes, but are looking for applicants from this sector that are aiming to take the next step in their career.
At Tempest Elite Marketing we develop talent from within, so you will expect to learn all aspects of our campaigns – we believe the key to success is constant self-development. Product support and information is available through workshops and peer mentoring. As a Sales Trainee you will take part in:
• Basic sales, promotions and customer retention
• Creating positive brand awareness for our clients
• Public speaking and group presentations
• Mentoring and teaching like-minded individuals
We do not require any specific background, although we find applicants with work experience or internships in business or customer service would particularly suit this environment. We also look favourably on any trade, which requires the application of learned skills.
To be successful in this application you must be:
• Aged 18 or above and able to commute to HULL city centre daily
• Able to work independently and alongside others
• Willing to deal with customers face-to-face
We have a fast paced environment, which allows individuals to build their own opportunity, and a competitive earning scheme, which rewards the hardest workers and top performers. All payment is uncapped and based entirely on the number of completed sales per financial week; earnings average between £250 - £450/week.
Disclaimer: Please note that all opportunities advertised will be based in residential field sales, with prospects of advancement based on performance. All earnings will be based entirely on commissions and completed sales. Applicants will undergo a 3 stage meeting process to assess suitability for the proposed openings. Successful applicants will be expected to become self employed in order to trade with the Company.

They provide breakthrough care and education pathways for young people, enabling them to achieve a better future. Their range of services enables Looked After Children to gain the skills and confidence to progress from specialist residential homes to family placements, such as fostering or independent living.
They currently have an exciting opportunity for an outstanding and ambitions Graduate Clinical Business Analyst to assist the Clinical and Service Development Director in developing and implementing an outstanding clinical, psychological and therapeutic model of care within their organisation.
Supporting the identification of key business trends and areas for improvement, you will assist the execution of new service developments for the national clinical model, along with helping with business intelligence queries and any ad hoc analysis as and when required. You will be a specialist in the collection, analysis, interpretation and presentation of information, contributing to the provision of a timely and quality service, ensuring effective planning and delivery of an outstanding clinical service offering. You must conduct frequent market research, developing tools to enable continuous improvement within the service and identify areas of improvement in line with the corporate aims of the business.
Candidates for this role will ideally be education to graduate level with a business or marketing perspective, however applications are welcome from any discipline. With the ability to present data and information, you will be experienced in analysing, manipulating and clarifying data from a range of sources coupled with demonstrating commercial awareness, showing strong project management skills. With excellent written and verbal communication skills and the aptitude to build and maintain good working relationships, you will have the capability to work under pressure, delivering to tight deadlines. This internship has the potential to progress to a permanent role.
The location for this role will predominately be Manchester; however there will be a necessity to work from Shrewsbury also, therefore the successful candidate must be prepared to work at either base.
